Overview
- Great ocean view, 90 yards from the ocean

- Sleeps up to eight
- The sleeping arrangements are - a king size bed in the master
bedroom; another king sized bed in the 2nd bedroom and in the loft
there are 2 twin beds and a queen sized bed.
- Please note: the 3rd bedroom is actually a large loft. Why
do we market it as a 3 bedroom? Because it is more like a 3
bedroom than a 2 bedroom and this is what most of our competitors
do.
- Two full bathrooms
- Air conditioning, lanai/deck, 2 cable TV's, VCR, DVD, CD/tape
player, phone, linens, towels, beach towels, full kitchen (including:
dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot, blender, full size refrigerator
with freezer, utensils, pots/pans and dishes), washer and
dryer and wireless high speed internet connection (802.11-G).

Policies
- 3 day deposit to hold reservation
- Balance must be paid 60 days before arrival
- If you need to cancel, you need to give 60 days written notice
prior to arrival for full refund (minus $100 transaction fee),
otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
- No Smoking, No Pets
- Children are welcome
- Cleaning - Daily
cleaning is not included but is available for an extra fee.
We do have a washer and dryer available for your use at no
charge in the condo.
- Check-in time is after 4:00 PM - Check-out time is prior to
10:00AM. Sorry but late check-outs are not permitted.

If our condo is full, we have 2 friends with condos in Maui. One is a
2bed/2bath at Papakea and the other is 2bed/2bath
at Hale Kai (about 1/4 mile away)
